A buckle and buckle plate.
Description
English: The buckle frame is a single loop, 'D' shape in plan. At the apex of the loop is a small triangular expansion and notch.
 Around the strap bar a buckle plate has been folded. The plate is sub-rectangular in plan and only one incomplete plate remains. This plate, at the terminal, has traces of a rivet hole.
 
 The plate, a long the fold has a notch cut out to allow for the pin. The pin is circular in section, incomplete and is folded around the strap bar. 
 
The frame, plate and pin have fused together with corrosion.
