District No. 16.—Marblehead. — Henry C Sparhawk, Democrat, shoe manufact-urer, a native resident of Marblehead, was born Feb. 19, 1865, and received a publicschool education. He was one of the Marblehead selectmen in 1890, the youngestselectman ever elected in Marblehead, refusing a second term ; also the youngest Repre-sentative the town ever had. In the House of 1891 he was clerk of the committee ondrainage. Clerk of committees on finance and expenditures and on committee on con-stitutional amendments, 1892. Vote of district: Henry C.
