Description This window is on an old Toronto Hyrdo building on Bay near City Hall. I thought it made for an interesting image. I have noticed, since doing this photo blog forces me to take greater notice of the cityscape around me, that older civic and utility buildings seem to have much more ornate detail about them. I wonder if it's a style, or a purely financial fashion.
