Summary[edit]

Description The thing I find interesting here is that there are no mentions of the thing that did the killing: a car. There are no signs urging cars to slow down and look for pedestrians. Apparently, if a human and automobile collide, it's all the pedestrian's fault in the eyes of the DOT.
