English: A complete cast lead spindle whorl dating to the medieval period, c. 1200-1500.
The object is biconical in shape with a central perforation. Both faces are decorated with line radiating from the perforation to the outer edge. Within each section defined by the lines, there are between two and four dots arranged in a geometric design. |
