Summary[edit]

Description
English: A Keepers cottage at Easter Main near Struy. This is where Bambie the oldest Red Deer Hind in the World lived, she had been kept in captivity from a calve until her death. Her life span was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records. Mr John Fraser (Game Keeper to the late Lord Lovat) raised her from the year 1963, she made it to the ripe old age of 23.
