Summary[edit]

Description

Political cartoon titled A Cabinet Pudding. It is possibly about collaborative corruption, the pudding being symbolic of shared spoils.

The speech bubbles are partly illegible. The man at the window says: "Well - I hope you (feel?) a little more comfortable than you did. Haven't found things quite as bad as you thought a little while ago, eh?" The diner replies, "Thank you, we (feel?) very smug - what do you say to joining us? - you and your friend there! - you know it wouldn't be the first time."
