Deutsch: Gebäude der Arbeiterwohlfahrt, Surfeldstraße 29, Bremerhaven. Gebaut als Kaiserliches Marinelazarett in Lehe. Im Dritten Reich wurde es als Wohngebäude für Soldaten der Kriegsmarine umgebaut. Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg nutzten die Amerikaner es als Wohngebäude für farbige Soldaten. Danach bezog das Technische Hilfswerk das Gebäude. Als das Gelände zu klein geworden war, wurde es an die AWO verkauft. (Helmut Krummel) |
