De inzetten zijn aanzichten van respectievelijk het westen en het noorden van het eiland.

D'afteyckenighe van't Eylandt S. Helena / hoe het gheleghen is / ende hem opdoet van Oosten comende / oock aende noordtwestzyde / op reede liggende / zyne grootte / breede ende vruchtbaerheyt. Hoe wy daer vier groote Portugaelsche Craken gheanckert vonden / die daer jaerlijcks haer comen ververschen van Bocken / Geyten / Verckens / Barbarische Hoenderen / Patrysen / Duyven / ende andere gevogelte die daer in abundantie zijn als oock van veel ghesonde cruyderen ende vruchten/insonderheyt van Oraengien / Lemoenen / Citroenen. Versien haer oock van versch water / dwelck seer gesont is / overmidts de ghetemperde lucht ende vruchtbaringhen hemel.

West zijde / Noort zijde / Pomar / S Helena.
