| Description |
English: A4177 approaching Honiley This section of the A4177 is a relatively recent road, probably pre-dating the M40. It provided a fast route between Warwick and the A452 at Balsall Common, thence west along the A45 to Birmingham. Avoiding hamlets in the Honiley area it offered an alternative to the slow A452 through Kenilworth and the twisting old A41 through Knowle and Solihull. |
