Description
Français : Splendide Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300 GT Junior, en état concours. Tout le charme des années 70 (dessiné chez Bertone le modèle est lancé en 1966, sa carrière durera 10 ans)... j'aime particulièrement le contraste entre les jantes dorées, la teinte rouge de la carrosserie, les chromes dont le jonc de pare-brise et, à l'intérieur, volant bois, sellerie noire.

L'exemplaire montré ici côte aux alentours de 30 000 €.

Sous le capot, un 4 cylindres en ligne de 1 290 cc alimenté par 2 carbus Weber double corps 40 DCOE 28 (nous sommes de l'autre côté des Alpes !), délivrant 90 ch pour 125 Nm de couple. Modestes sur le papier, ces chiffres suffisent pourtant à offrir de belles sensations sur route, grâce à la masse contenue à 930 kg. Cela donne surtout 175 km/h en pointe, permis par une transmission classique à 5 rapports.

Sur le capot une rareté, le macaron Autodelta. Ce préparateur à la brève existence est absorbé par la firme milanaise, afin d'en devenir le département compétition. Alfa est en effet actif en rallye mais aussi dans la catégorie reine qu'est la F1, tantôt constructeur à part entière, le plus souvent simple motoriste pour d'autres écuries, jusqu'à sa reprise par Fiat vers 1986.
