Description
English: DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – A B-1 Bomber was the first Air Force jet to fly at supersonic speeds using a 50/50 blend of synthetic and petroleum fuel. The supersonic flight occured over the White Sands Missile Range airspace in south-central New Mexico but took off and landed at Dyess March 19, 2008.
