Description: Adjacent to the Khan and Beit Yelin is the farm familys plot, which includes vineyards and various fruit trees and gives the visitor a magical rural atmosphere.

שם: מוצא גינת בית ילין
תיאור: בצמוד לחאן ולבית ילין שוכנת חלקת המשפחה החקלאית, הכוללת כרמים ועצי פרי שונים ומשרה על המבקר אווירה כפרית קסומה.
הערות: בשטח הנחלה מצא ילין שרידי מבנה ביזנטי עתיק וב - 1871 בנה עליו קומה נוספת ושיפץ אותו לשימוש כחאן דרכים לעוברים בדרך יפו–ירושלים. זה היה המבנה היהודי הראשון בעת החדשה באזור זה. ב 1890 בנה יהושע ילין מאחורי מבנה החאן את ביתו הפרטי, בו התגורר עם אשתו שרח. במהלך שנות ה-90 של המאה ה-19 עודד ילין גופי התיישבות והתארגנויות שונות לרכישת קרקעות נוספות באזור. ארגון "בני ברית" רכש חלק מהקרקעות באזור לשם הקמת מושבה יהודית ובשנת 1894 הגיעו ארבע משפחות ראשונות להתיישב במקום ולהקים בו מושבה חקלאית.
