Description 80-G-707457: The Fleet and District Chaplains of the Navy assembled at the grave of Captain John B. Frazier, ChC, USN, first Navy Chief of Chaplains and held an impressive memorial service at the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, for all Chaplains who have given their lives in the service. Three short services were conducted by Catholic, Jewish, and Protestant Chaplains. Left to right: Commander J.L. Goldberg, ChC, USNR (Jewish); Rear Admiral Stanton W. Salisbury, ChC, USN, (Protestant Chaplain), and Captain B. J. Gorski, ChC, USN, (Catholic Chaplain). Photograph released January 13, 1950.
