It's just over a year since I last added any new photos of dumping outside 7 White Hart Lane, Tottenham N17. But the sheer size of this pile of rubbish deserved some new photos. This is an early 19th Century Georgian building which is <a href="http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=201505&mode=quick" rel="noreferrer nofollow">nationally listed at Grade II</a>. Haringey Council seems unable to prevent regular dumping on the pavement outside.
