Русский: Специальное гашение «Неделя письма» от 4 октября 1971 года на художественном маркированном конверте «Ворошиловград. Ордена Ленина тепловозостроительный завод им. Октябрьской революции. 75 лет». На спецгашении указано прежнее название города (Луганск), на календарном штемпеле — его последующее название (Ворошиловград).
