Français : Marc Colin (charcutier à Chablis et Auxerre), lauréat AAAAA, et Simon Duval, charcutier de Drancy qui connut une célébrité parisienne pendant les dernières décennies du siècle dernier. Lauréat de la 5 A en 1976, il valorisa son diplôme en mettant son andouillette sur les cartes de nombreuses grandes brasseries et de bistrots réputés. Il devait vendre son affaire au début des années 2000 à Laurent Jolivet, (groupe Popy), qui perpétue la marque Père Duval, sur un site aubois, à Jully-sur-Sarce. |
