AGREEMENT FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE NORTH CAROLINA MONUMENT (LCS #09964) AT GETTYSBURG NATIONAL MILITARY PARK GETTYSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA This Agreement made and entered into the ___ day of __ 1984, by and between Jeff Stepp as the representative and agent of members of the Society for the Preservation of the 26th North Carolina Troops, Inc. as well as other concerned persons and organizations, hereinafter referred to jointly as the Society, and Karkadoulias Bronze Art Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "contractor." Witnesseth: Whereas, the Society in their efforts to commemorate the memory of North Carolina Soldiers of Civil War fame at Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, realized the need to have the North .
