English: Serundèng is a food from Indonesia which is often used as a side dish of rice. Serundeng is made from grated coconut that fried to brownish yellow, and combined with spices such as onion, chili, garlic, onion, coriander, turmeric, sugar, tamarind, bay leaves, orange leaves and galangal
