Navy Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class David Carroll and Navy Gunner’s Mate 1st Class Thomas Folger, with Naval Station Guantanamo Bay’s weapons department, fire a 40 mm saluting battery for a service salute on Memorial Day, May 31.
