Summary[edit]

Description
English: The front door of 38 Centre Avenue just north of Huguenot Street (Southbound US 1) in New Rochelle, New York. Historically, this building has been considered the headquarters of Terrytoons Studio, makers of such cartoons as Mighty Mouse, Heckle & Jeckle, Deputy Dawg, and many others. As with many urban businesses, a roll-up security door is installed in front of the existing door, though a small plastic bag is caught on the bottom of the door. Originally, I assumed this was either a rubber glove or a condom, and may have even been stuck on there as a joke.
