On a disc per bend arched to sinister Celeste and Azure, issuant from base and on the bend a crossroad throughout Or, surmounted by a hawk swooping Sable, eyed Gules, its outstretched dexter claw radiating three lightning flashes to dexter of the last, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, an Ultramarine Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "ALWAYS READY TO GO" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, an Ultramarine Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "37TH OPERATIONS SUPPORT SQ" in Yellow letters.

Symbolism:

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The field division represents 24-hour, all-weather airfield support. The crossroad, which stretches into the horizon, signifies the far reaching mission of the unit. The nighthawk represents the Total Force operating out of Lackland AFB and historic Kelly Field, which the unit supports. The tri-forked lightning bolt represents the three components--Active Duty, Reserve and Air National Guard of the Total Force. The capital letters of the motto, "Always Ready to Go" -- A, R, and G, form an acronym for Active, Reserve and Guard.
