English: Terre-Cabade cemetery in Toulouse - Monument aux morts de Salonique . On this War Memorial are the names of 5,211 Toulouse fighters who lost their lives in the trenches. The "Crypt of the Poilus" installed under the Monuments aux Morts groups together 1,706 combatants (from the 14-18 war and some from 39-45), including 514 Muslims and 289 Indochinese. Formerly buried in the military square of the cemetery, these bodies of soldiers "Dead for France" were exhumed in 1956 and have since rested in small coffins 60 centimeters long carefully aligned on shelves.
Français : Cimetière de Terre-Cabade à Toulouse - Monument aux morts de Salonique. Sur ce Monument au Morts figurent les noms de 5211 combattants toulousains qui ont perdu la vie dans les tranchées. La ‘’crypte des Poilus’’ installée sous le Monuments aux Morts regroupe 1 706 combattants (De la guerre 14-18 et quelques-uns de 39-45), dont 514 musulmans et 289 Indochinois. Autrefois inhumés dans le carré militaire du cimetière, ces corps de soldats « Morts pour la France », ont été exhumés en 1956 et reposent depuis dans des petits cercueils de 60 centimètres de long soigneusement alignés sur des étagères.
