Summary[edit]

Both were store and loft buildings constructed in 1851-1852 and were designed by Trench & Snook in the Italianate style, with cast-iron elements provided by Daniel D. Badger's Architectural Iron Works. The buildings go through to Lispenard Street where they are known as #63 (300) and #61 (302). They are located within the Tribeca East Historic District.
