2904 Medieval horse harness pendant
Description
English: Cast copper alloy horse harness pendant length 48mm, width 26mm, thickness 7mm, weight 6.31g. Sub-circular pendant with six green glass beads (one is missing) arranged around a central bead. Four projecting arms form the shape of a cross, each appears to have had a roundel terminal with a glass bead mounted on the face but only the bottom arm is complete. The top arm is extended with a suspension loop. This artefact is heavily corroded. Date 14th century.
