Deutsch: Zunftstraße 12, Karlsruhe-Durlach. Palais des Freiherrn von Uexküll, Wohnhaus, dreigeschossig und traufständig, Dachstuhl mit Lüftungsgauben, rückwärtig offener Laubengang als Verbindung zum Gesindehaus, Hof mit Hintersassenhaus, Ökonomiegebäude, Anwesen vor dem Brand im Besitz des Freiherrn von Wittersheim, 1706 "ein Hausplatz worauf hinten eine Behaußung" gebauet" und im Besitz des Forstverwalters N. Chr. Langenhaag, dann Wiederaufbau durch Johann Nikolaus von Nidda aus Grötzingen, 1716 wird Haus, Scheuer, Garten und Hofreuth genannt, Nidda vererbte das Anwesen 1722 an seinen Neffen, den Regimentsfeldscher Friedrich Christoph Föckler, von dessen Erben kaufte 1747 Freiherr von Uexküll, Präsident des Geheimen Hofrats und Prinzenerzieher, das Anwesen. Teile der Gebäude stammen möglicherweise aus der Zeit vor 1689, wie die Fachwerkteile an der Rückseite. Rundbogenportal und Rechteckeingang mit vasenartiger Konsole, welche als Aufstiegshilfe in den Sattel diente. Spätgotische Wendeltreppe aus einem Stamm im Inneren, geschosshohe Wandverkleidungen, spätbarocker Kamin. Alois Adolph Michael Feininger, Großvater des Malers Lionel, betrieb auf dem Anwesen einen Porzellan-Laden, bis er nach der badischen Revolution in die USA auswanderte. Im Hintersassenhaus (Teile aus dem 17. Jahrhundert) befand sich bis Mitte der 1920er Jahre eine Küferei ("Schnapswagner"). (Sachgesamtheit)
