English: The mast atop 4 Times Square. It's home to many FM and TV broadcast transmitters and their antennae. Most of these are auxiliary facilities for main ones located on the Empire State Building or One World Trade Center.
On the mast are the main transmitters for WBGO, WKCR and WBAI on FM and WNWE-LD, WNYE and WJLP on TV. Auxiliary antennas on FM are for WQXR, WXNY, WEPN, WQHT, WBLS, WNYC, WHT, WAXQ, WLTW, WSKQ, WKTU, WPAT, and WWPR Auxiliary antennas for TV are for WNJU and WNET. Mouse over for details. |
