Italiano: Stemma famiglia de Vito English: This is the coat of arms of the de Vito family in the kingdom of Naples, in use until 1685, before the de VIto family merged with the Piscicelli family, to be since named de Vito Piscicelli. After the sovereignity of the territories formerly belonging to the kingdom of Naples was transferred to the Savoia dinasty, kings of Italy, the right to use the de Vito coat of arms, together with the Piscicelli coat of arms, was confirmed by king Vittorio Emanuele III of Italy in 1912, upon request of the Grandfather of User:Giacopis/Floridasso, to all members of the de Vito Piscicelli family and their descendants, male and unmarried female. User Giacopis/Floridasso is one of them. The present drawing is a version suitable for publication on the Internet and has been commissioned, and rights have been bought, by User:Giacopis/Floridasso. |
