Description

Spinal Cord cross section, slide No. 23, Celestron set #44410, horizontal field of view about 0.2 mm.

American Optical H10 microscope, AO 45/.66 Achromat objective, trinocular port, 5X Huygenian eyepiece, Nikon F adapter, D700, ISO 200, 1/125 second for each of 11 images stacked with CombineZP. MC-30A remote release, mirror up, exposure delay on. One division manual steps on fine focus knob between images. White balance and d-lighting applied in Capture NX-D before converting from RAW to jpg. GIMP: unsharp mask, saturation, and minimal cropping to eliminate vignetting.
