Deutsch: Die Wintersternbilder von Orion, Großem und Kleinen Hund, Eridanus, Einhorn und Wasserschlange über dem Heidesee bei Coesfeld. Die Milchstraße zieht knapp links der Bildmitte zwischen Großem und Kleinen Hund steil nach oben. Links des markanten Baumes steht Sirius, der hellste Stern des Himmels, relativ weit südlich knapp über dem Horizont.
Der Heidesee ist ein 5,2 ha großes Naturschutzgebiet südwestlich von Coesfeld in Nordrhein-Westfalen mit der Kennung COE-012. Mittelpunkt des Areals ist ein flacher Heideweiher gleichen Namens, der von Bruchwald und offener Heidelandschaft umgeben ist. Der Ursprung des Gewässers geht auf die letzte Eiszeit zurück. Es wird vermutet, dass es sich bei der Senke des Heidesees um eine ausgeblasene Flugsanddecke handelt. English: Stars above the nature reserve Heidesee, Coesfeld, Germany.
