About permission: I took the photo by myself. The photo does *not* contain any logo of the cigarette brand or company, so I assume there is no permission of cigarette manufacturer necessary. Design of tax stamp and health warning are *not* owned by the tobacco company. (By German law, the cigarette manufacturer is not allowed to place any logo above the health warning.)
