English: A 35 years old patient came to ER at AL-Azhar university hospital in Damietta after a motor car accident. He had a vascular injury. orthopedic injury in the left foot as well. He entered ER a little bit confused. Minutes later, he deteriorated; so that, he was driven to OR at once ... The vascular injury was massive. He was resuscitated by 7 Packed RBCs units, 8 fresh frozen plasma units, 20 crystalloid solution, but all in vain. He arrested and died while we operating him . The whole team tried as possible as can to bring him back to life, but it was over. He died, I as the anaethesist stopped for a while after he was moved from OR and looked back, I lean my back to the wall. I realized how short life is, and how weak we are. All the consume, inventions, materials, our trials were failed to get him back to life to have another chance for bringing the track on again. I asked my self, what he had thought of before he lost his consciousness, and what he had regretted. That was the last day of my work before I prepare to move to Germany, searching for a better life, and holding up every single chance to regret my life the second before my life ends.
