Summary[edit]

Description Commercially prepared slide of ant imaged with Nikon D40, NDPL-1(2x) microscope adapter, Swift M3200 microscope with 4X objective. CombineZP used to stack multiple separately focused images. Light from built-in illuminator cross polarized using two front-facing circular polarizing filters, one above and one below the specimen. ISO 400, 3 second exposure for each of nine images.
