Summary[edit]
Description200MHz UHF tube oscillator.jpg |
English: A UHF vacuum tube electronic oscillator with a quarter wave resonant stub for a plate load, used for demonstrating transmission line principles, from a 1945 electronics magazine. It uses two type HY-75 triodes in a push-pull circuit and can produce 10-15 W output at 200 MHz. The writer is shown using a small 8 W fluorescent tube to find the antinodes on the resonant stub. |

Permission (Reusing this file) |
This 1945 issue of Radio News magazine would have the copyright renewed in 1973. Online page scans of the Catalog of Copyright Entries, published by the US Copyright Office can be found here. [1] Search of the Renewals for Periodicals for 1972 and later show no renewal entries for Radio and Television News. Therefore the magazine's copyright was not renewed and it is in the public domain. |
