Deutsch: 22.06.2008 01069 Dresden-Südvorstadt:Fassade zur Bergstraße der Stadtvilla Fritz-Foerster-Platz 2 / Ecke Bergstraße 60 (GMP: 51.030788,13.730137). Das Wohnhaus Bergstraße 60 wurde 1903/05 als Teil des Villenviertels Bergstraße im englischen Landhausstil erbaut. Da die Häuser des Villenviertels bevorzugt an Professoren der benachbarten Technischen Hochschule vermietet wurden, nannte man die Häusergruppe auch "Professorenhäuser". In der DDR wurde das Eckhaus genutzt als Sitz des Stadtbezirkes Dresden-Süd. Hier saßen u.a. die Polizei mit dem Paß- und Meldewesen und auch das Stadtbezirksbauamt. Die Saxonia Systems AG baut bis September 2008 das denkmalgeschützte Haus zu ihrem Firmensitz aus. Die Sanierungsplanung stammt vom Dresdner Architekten Prof. Dr. Gerd Bürger. Die Fassade des 1905 errichteten Gebäudes wurde erhalten. Am 19.06.2009 feierte die Firma Saxonia Systems AG hier Einzug. Das Dresdner Software-Unternehmen hatte vorher Könneritzstraße seinen Sitz. Die Gesamtinvestitionssumme für Sanierung und Ausbau beträgt rund 4,5 Millionen Euro. In die Räume zogen 100 Mitarbeiter der Firma Saxonia Systems ein. [DSCN33169.TIF]20080622030DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
