Deutsch: 07.06.2008 01324 Dresden-Loschwitz / Weißer Hirsch, Plattleite 29: Institutsvilla "Von Ardenne Anlagentechnik (GMP: 51.061062,13.817501) Manfred von Ardenne". Auf dem Anwesen, seit 1900 im Besitz der Holzhändlerin Pauline Selma verw. Weidenmüller, ließ der Fabrikbesitzer Fritz Weidenmüller aus Dreiweiden 1926-1927 die heute noch vorhandene Villa nach Plänen des Architekten Max Herfurt errichten. Nachdem Manfred von Ardenne aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg zurückgekehrt war, wurde die Villa Plattleite 29 von 1953-1954 für ihn zum Instituts- und Wohngebäude umgebaut. Seit 1963 diente es als Labor- und Verwaltungsgebäude seines Forschungsinstituts. Die Pergola an der Gartenseite entstand 1955-1956 nach einem Plan des Architekten Johannes Rascher.
