Deutsch: 23.12.2007 01445 Radebeul-Zitzschewig, Paulsbergweg 21 (GMP: 51.126806,13.603096): Weingut / Herrnhaus Paulsberg (1853), in der DDR-Zeit Volksweingut Lößnitz. Zitzschewig am Hang der Lößnitzberge gehörte bis 1564 dem Meißner Domkapitel. Bereits 1436 wird der "Sydenberg" (Seidenberg) als Weinberg genannt. Zwischen 1679 und 1750 legten Hofrat Dr. Christoph Ritter und seine Erben acht bis dahin selbstständige Bergteile, darunter den Seidenberg, zu einem ausgedehnten Weinbergsbesitz zusammen. Am Eingang des Rietzschkegrunds entstand ein stattliches Weingut mit Herrenhaus und Nebengebäuden, das erstmals in einem Kaufvertrag von 1712 beschrieben wird. Das Herrenhaus stammt im Kern wohl noch aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, wurde aber mehrfach umgebaut. Die klassizistische Gestalt mit dem Walmdach geht auf den kursächsischen Oberlandweinmeister Johann Martin Fleischmann zurück, dessen Frau das Anwesen 1787 geerbt hatte. Nach wechselvoller Geschichte wurde das Anwesen 2004 an die VENTAR AG verkauft. Die Immobiliengesellschaft richtete im Herrenhaus und in den Nebengebäuden 17 Eigentumswohnungen ein, die im Mai 2006 fertig waren.
