| Description |
Deutsch: 14.10.2007 01097 Dresden-Innere Neustadt: Villa Theresienstraße 11 (GMP: 51.063060,13.741040). Teil des "Nieritz Stadtpalais Ensemble". Erbaut um 1895 im Stil des
Fin de Siécle (Ende des Jahrhunderts). Als "Stadtpalais Officium", von der Franz Holzapfel Unternehmensgruppe 2000 bis 2001 restauriert. Diese Wohnanlage bildet in seiner historischen Substanz ein Ensemble aus zwei Herrschaftshäusern mit angegliedertem Gesindekomplex. Zwei Neubau-Stadtvillen schließen es wie ein Carré mit Atriumscharakter ab. Das Stadtpalais Officium ist, wie die anderen 6 Häuser, eingebettet in eine wunderbare 7000 m² große Parkanlage mit altem Baumbestand. Eine Naturidylle nur 150 m vom Bahnhof Dresden-Neustadt entfernt. Unter diesem Park steht eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.
