Description
Deutsch: 25.08.2007 01157 Dresden-Leutewitz, Steinbacher Straße 56: Leutewitzer Windmühle (GMP: 51.053572,13.673783). Erbaut von Johann Gottlieb Pietzsch 1839. Unmittelbar unter der Mühle rauschen seit 1837 die Wassermengen des ehemaligen "Oppelschachtes" (Freital-Zauckerode) zur Elbe. Auf dem Wasser sollte Kohle zue Elbe transportiert werden. Beim Bau des "Tiefen-Erbstollen" wurden neun Lichtlöcher in die Tiefe getrieben. Sie dienten den Bergmännern zum Vortrieb des Stollens. Auf der Halde des 5. Lichtloches ließ der Bauherr Johann Gottlieb Pietzsch auf dem zutage geförderten Plänergestein die Leutewitzer Windmühle erbauen. Das Gebäude wurde von Anfang an gastronomisch genutzt. Es gab einen Weinausschank. Bis 1914 wurde noch Korn zu Mehl gemahlen. Seitdem ist die Mühle Ausflugslokal. 1921 Eingemeindung nach Dresden. Nach einem halben Jahr Sanierung für 300 000 EUR hat das Ausflugslokal am 13.11.2008 wieder geöffnet. [DSCN29071.TIF]20070825205DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
