Deutsch: 18.02.2007 01067 Dresden-Wilsdruffer Vorstadt: Villa Wettiner Platz 7 (GMP: 51.053181,13.723088) und Werktor zum früheren Heizkraftwerk Mitte. Hier (2007) DREWAG. Die Villa gehört zu den wenigen noch vorhandenen Baudenkmalen aus Dresdens industrieller Frühzeit. Sie entstand einst als Verwaltungsgebäude mit Wohnungen für Beamte der zweiten Dresdner Gasanstalt. Hier wohnten z.B. Julius Theodor Hasse, Direktor der Dresdner Gaswerke und "Vater" des Gaswerks Reick sowie Arnold Boie, 1. Betriebsinspektor und Oberingenieur des neuen Dresdner "Licht-Werk". Die 1865 erbaute Villa ist das älteste Gebäude auf dem Areal Kraftwerk Mitte. Ab den 1990er Jahren stand sie leer und verlassen am Wettiner Platz. 2023 wird sie für mehr als sieben Millionen Euro von der SachsenEnergie saniert und aufgestockt. Die neuen Mieter der alten Villa sind vor allem Kinder, denn hier ist das Kinder-und Elternzentrum "Kolibri" e.V. eingezogen. [DSCN21119.TIF]20070218340DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
