Description
Deutsch: 25.08.2006 01169 Dresden-Gorbitz: Abbruch der intakten DDR-Plattenbauten Wilsdruffer Ring 22-56 (GMP: 51.041850,13.662200). Am 20.07.2006 war mit dem Abbruch begonnen worden. Bis November 2006 werden die Häuser Wilsdruffer Ring 22 bis 56 und Ebereschenallee 2 bis 24 abgrissen sein. Das sind Wohnungen für rund eintausend Menschen. Grundlage ist der Beschluß des Dresdner Stadtrates von 2002, bis zum Jahre 2010 siebentausend Wohnungen abzureißen. Die Bundesregierung beschloß 2001 das mit 2,5 Milliarden Euro dotierte Programm "Stadtumbau Ost", das den Abriß von 350 000 Wohnungen vorsah. Am 17. Juni 2009 hat der Bundestag - neben den 350 000 Wohnungen, deren Abriss bis 2009 geplant war - nochmals die Vernichtung weiterer 200 000 bis 250 000 Wohnungen beschlossen. Für diese Abrisse waren 1,5 Milliarden Euro eingeplant. Das Ergebnis ist eine Mietpreisexplosion. [DSCN11327.TIF]20060825055DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
