Description
Deutsch: 10.10.2005 01067 Dresden-Friedrichstadt: Abriß des 1910/11 erbauten Külhauses (GMP: 51.057826,13.725634) an der Maxstraße / Ecke Weißeritzstraße. 1928-1932 Erweiterungsbau nach Entwurf von Hans Max Kühne (Architekturbüro Lossow & Kühne). 1945 teilweise durch Luftangriff zerstört. Wiederaufbau bis 1951. Daran erinnerte ein monumentales Relief mit dem Logo des 5-Jahrplanes der DDR. 1993 von der Treuhand privatisiert, in der Folge ruiniert und 2005 abgerissen. Das denkmalgeschützte Fassadenrelief aus der DDR-Aufbauzeit, das erhalten werden sollte, wurde nach der Methode ägyptischer Pharaonenwechsel spezialbehandelt. Die zersplitterten Reste werden nun für Jedermann nicht sichtbar in einem Schuppen bis zum Vergessen gelagert.
