Deutsch: 16.05.2004 01561 Zabeltitz, Am Park 6: Altes Schloß, "Großer Stall" (GMP: 51.352588,13.495937). Der sächsische Kurfürst Christian I. baute ab 1588 das vom Oberzeugmeister Paul Buchner geplante, jetzt so genannte Alte Schloß, ein Renaissancebau, als kurfürstliches Stallgebäude sowie zur Unterbringung von Gästen und Gefolge. Kurfürst Christian II. vollendete 1598 die Pläne seines inzwischen verstorbenen Vaters. Das langgestreckte Stallgebäude wird beiderseits durch Kopfbauten mit jeweils drei stattlichen Giebeln eingefasst. Im Erdgeschoss liegt der große zweischiffige Pferdestall, der heute in verschiedene Räume unterteilt ist. Das Kreuzgratgewölbe ruht auf toskanischen Säulen. Über dem Stall lagen die Wohnräume der kurfürstlichen Jagdgesellschaft. 1949 zog ein Landambulatorium in das Alte Schloß ein. Heute beherbergt es u.a. Arztpraxen, Wohnungen, Büros u. das Standesamt.
