219 First Ave S. has lost it's ornamental upper portion above the top windows, but is still extant as of 2018.

The Adams Building, would be given a 4th floor and completely new facade in 1900, currently known as the Crown Building.
The old Dexter Horton Bank still housing their temporary quarters at this time, jutting out into the street that had been widened and raised after the fire. It would be demolished in 1891 for the Maynard Building.
