Deutsch: 13.05.1987 DDR 2041 [17139] Faulenrost: Rittergut mit Resten der einstigen Schloßanlage, deren Hauptgebäude (GMP: 53.636245,12.784475) im Jahre 1969 abgebrannt ist. Hier die Sicht aus dem Park von Süden zum nordwestlichen Seitenflügel (GMP: 53.636500,12.784184). Nach einer Erbteilung fiel Faulenrost 1746 dem Ritter Claus Ludwig Hahn zu. Er begann 1760 mit dem Bau des Schlosses, das erst sein Nachfolger Friedrich II. von Hahn vervollständigte. Nach 1933 diente die Schloßanlage als Lager des weiblichen Arbeitsdienstes und Unterkunft für örtliche NS-Gliederungen. Im II. Weltkrieg wurden hier polnische Kriegsgefangene interniert, danach Flüchtlinge untergebracht. 1954 erfolgte die Einrichtung eines Kindergartens (bis 1964), zuletzt diente es als Schule.
