The 7th generation Buicks, 1957-58 got a lower body with an even more panoramic windshield equipped with reverse slanted pillars. For 1958 the Buick got bulkier chrome styling and now 4 headlights. For the first time since 1948 there were no distinguishing VentiPorts on the front fenders.
