Description

Typically a van introduced in 1950, known as the Type 2 (the Beetle was the Type 1) The T1 was the 1st variation, built from 1950-57 (to 1975 in Brazil). Available in Van (no side windows), Kombi (with side windows), Samba Bus (with skylight windows), Camping Van (lift up roof) and 2 or 4 door Pickups. Engines; 1950; 1.1 rear mounted air cooled flat 4 cyl, 1953; 1.2, 1963; 1.5
