Description

In 1935, Dodge introduced the new DU valve six-cylinder engine with revised coachwork styling and 116-inch wheelbase. Not only did it have a revised narrower grille but it had a lower roofline, lower floor and parking lamps mounted on the front fender aprons The Coupe Utility was unique to Australia, Ford Australia was the first company to produce a coupe utility as a result of a 1932 letter from the wife of a farmer in Victoria, Australia asking for “a vehicle to go to church in on a Sunday and which can carry our pigs to market on Mondays”. Engine; 218 cu in 6 cyl
