Description
English: The Flint was a product of W.C. (Billy) Durant's empire, specifically by the Flint Division of the Locomobile Co. of America, which Durant had purchased. The first Flint cars were built in Long Island City, New York, then in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and finally in Flint, Michigan as well as the New Jersey plant. All Flints produced from 1923 to 1927 were sixes. Prices ranged from $1075 to $2750 (7-pass. Sedan in 1926). This 5-passenger Sedan was probably $2285. The back of this postcard bears the rubber-stamped dealer name Rusch Motor Co., 370 Dayton Ave., St. Paul, Minnesota, but the card was never mailed.
