Description
Deutsch: Von dem Lithografen, Drucker und Verleger Ferdinand Duch (nachweisbar von 1862 und 1880 in Göttingen) gefertigte Lithographie mit einem Panoramablick auf die Stadt Göttingen. Die im Vordergrund belebte Szene zeigt eine familiäre Szene mit einer von Frauen, Kindern und Männern in der Mode der Zeit, assoziert mit einem Sonntagsausflug. Die Gruppe rastet auf einer Terrasse zwischen Hunden und Pfauen. Von der Anhöhe aus ist das in der Bildmitte dargestellte Panorama auf die Universitätsstadt mit ihren Kirchtürmen zu sehen, im Hintergrund eine sanfte Hügellandschaft.
Das Blatt in den Maßen circa 45 cm x 60,5 cm wurde elektronisch minimal beschnitten. Ursprünglicher Anbieter des seltenen Druckes war das Auktionshaus Schloss Ahlden ...
